When our technician has completed the work that you require, you will be redirected to our call centre. If at this point you are not satisfied by the service we have provided, you are entitled to a full refund. If you are satisfied with our service, you will be handed a 7-day warranty, and so if the same issue arises within 7 days, we will attempt to fix the issue/error again free of charge. If you are still not satisfied with our services at this point, we will at this point offer you a refund. After the 7-day warranty period, and if you have not made contact with us during this period, you will no longer be able to ask for a refund.
